"This program is a miracle"

Another comment from or online Serotonin Power Diet forum responding to a new community member just starting the diet:

"You will be thrilled at the results...both physically and mentally. This program does exactly what it promises and, even at first glance of the book, it may seem a bit confusing, it gets real easy, real quickly! You will see and feel results almost immediately, in the way you feel, react, lack of cravings, lots of energy, restful sleep. I have been on the program since mid November. I have had a history or weight fluctuations, eating disorders as a teen, cravings, sore joints, etc...and now I feel great! I have never antidepressants, but have suffered from mild depression. This program is a miracle. I look forward to hearing about your success!"
